COVID-19 Important information

Shopping for your wedding dress During COVID-19

We are aware that some of these changes will not be how you imagined shopping for your wedding dress, but we promise we will make your appointment as normal as we can, our main focus is always to give you our best service and a enjoyable experience in our store.


We will be opening strictly by appointment only with a limited number of appointments available each day.

We will also be operating a  locked door policy, this will enable us to manage visitors and number of guests in store, it will also ensure that we have the time we require between appointments to carry out cleaning of the shop and dresses.

 For New Brides :

Guest numbers will be strictly limited to Bride + 1 guest.

We know this is not how you imagined wedding dress shopping to be, but you can bring your girls with you virtually : we have installed technology in store to enable video group chats.

Due to the strictly limited appointments we are able to offer and new measure in place, we are introducing an appointment fee of £25 payable by card to confirm your appointment. The fee will be redeemable against any dress purchase made in store. We do require a minimum of 48 notice of cancellation to refund your appointment fee or transfer to another date.

Existing Brides :

Guest numbers will be strictly limited to Bride +1 guest.

For your fittings we do ask that again you bring only 1 guest with you, again we can offer you the chance to video call anyone that is not able to attend.


We understand that you may have several bridesmaids in your party, but for the time being we will only be able to see them 2 at a time, so either bride + 1 maid, or 2 maids ( maximum of 2 individuals in store)

Children / Vulnerable people

We will be asking that unless being fitted for a dress children are NOT brought into the store.

We also ask that you do not bring elderly / vulnerable or at risk people into the store


The health and wellbeing of our staff is paramount, we ask all customers to rearrange an appointment if they or anyone in their household feel unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid19.


Our staff are being kept fully informed of the requirements ensure we are operating as a Covid secure premises to enable us to operate as safely as possible.

Cleaning Routines

We will be cleaning, and sanitizing the shop before we open, between appointments and at the end of each day. We will also be steam cleaning each dress after it has been tried on after an appointment.

Antibacterial Stations

There is hand sanitiser available on entry to the shop, We ask that every person uses it on entry to the premises. There will also be hand sanitiser available in the changing area and desk areas.

Social Distancing/ Face coverings/ PPE

We will be opening with very limited staff on premises and we will try wherever possible to maintain a 2m distance, however during use of the fitting room this will not be possible, So our staff will be encouraged to wear a face covering whilst in the fitting room with you.

It is not essential that you wear a face covering for you appointment, however if you feel more comfortable then we will encourage you to do this.

Hand sanitiser as mentioned will be available throughout the store.

Latex gloves will be made available for any guests that wishes to use them and dispose of them before leaving the store.

We will ask that gloves are removed and disposed of prior to entry into the store to minimise cross contamination.

Refreshments / WC Access

We regret that during this time, we will need to restrict access to our WC facilities to staff only. We will also only be offering bottled individual waters and individually wrapped sweets and biscuits. If you Wish to bring a hot drink with you we ask that you purchase this prior to entry into the store.
